Sales Management Internship
Stipend (PAID internship) based on term and qualifications.
We are a high-end special event entertainment company whose mission is to provide special event hosts with a personalized entertainment experience including comprehensive event production, including lighting design, sound design, multimedia, and photobooths. We specialize in weddings. We pride ourselves on our outside-the-box thinking, creativity, reliability, and sincerity.
The Sales Management Intern will be responsible for coordinating a variety of sales-driven initiatives, including social media, marketing, networking, and trade shows, as well as one-on-one sales efforts via phone, e-mail, and in person. A positive disposition, “go-getter” attitude, mastery of the art of persuasion, well-groomed appearance, and good communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
The Sales Management Intern’s duties and learning experience may include (based on candidate’s particular interests and skills):
Sales SOP Creation (scripting, record-keeping procedure, upsales, client care, etc.)
Social Media Marketing
Organization of Trade Show Efforts
Other duties as assigned
Junior, or Senior standing
Major or minor in a related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Evening availability is essential.
15-25 hours per week around the intern’s academic schedule during the academic year; up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
